an individualized, customized service plan for the client;
maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure his/her
program participation and attendance; maintaining regular
contact with the client’s case manager; facilitating the
client’s progression/transition from one Next Step program

and preparing and maintaining reports. The ideal candidate
will possess a Master’s Degree, CRC or CASAC, as well as

well as individual counseling sessions; maintaining and
updating client charts on a bi-weekly basis; attending weekly
case conferences. Requirements include a BA in a related

disorders. The case manager is also responsible for primary
