Vice President of Program Evaluation & Quality Assurance (PEQA)Christiana Gozo is a data strategist with 10 years’ experience working with executive and senior leadership, team managers, and service delivery staff to provide innovative data management, technology, and insights that measurably improve program quality and effectiveness.
With Project Renewal since 2017, Ms. Gozo currently oversees the Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance Department and is responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, and measurement strategy for all agency program areas and administrative departments. Her team develops performance metrics, designs reporting and dashboard solutions, conducts in-depth program evaluations, and monitors quality improvement efforts—with a special emphasis on involving and integrating client feedback—to best understand and address the needs of Project Renewal clients.
Ms. Gozo is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the New York Consortium of Evaluators. She earned her BA in Psychology from Columbia University.
