Gloribell Taveras serves as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources. Since joining Project Renewal in 2018, Gloribell has led a comprehensive reorganization of the HR department to enhance support across more than 20 locations and programs. Collaborating with a diverse HR team, she focuses on strengthening operational and administrative roles to ensure the organization’s adaptability and future growth.

Before her tenure at Project Renewal, Gloribell accumulated over 12 years of HR experience in social services and government agencies, including roles at Services for the UnderServed, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, FEGS Health & Human Services, and Sesame Workshop. She holds a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College, an M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from NYU Polytechnic University, and is SHRM-CP certified.
