Bedford Green House is the newest supportive and affordable housing building coming to Bedford Park.
Phase 2 of the project, a second building, is currently under construction. An initial building opened in 2022, providing 117 units to residents. The new building, located right next door at 2880 Jerome Avenue, will have 116 units, a laundry room, community rooms, green spaces, and the Molly B. Kronick Library and Learning Center, which will be a hub for learning and enrichment.
