Project Renewal operates the only shelter-based dental clinic in New York City.
In response to the need for accessible and affordable dental care, we established the Fort Washington Dental Clinic in 2004. This onsite dental clinic provides holistic care, including cleanings, digital x-rays, fillings, and dentures under the care and leadership of Dr. Mark Shufman, our full-time dentist.
You do not need to be a Project Renewal client to access these services and the clinic is open to all who need it. We are determined to give the members of our community back their smiles, and their confidence.
