A Path To Self-Sufficiency
Transitional housing is a supportive, but temporary, program to help people leaving shelter or psychiatric centers, who may not be ready to live fully on their own. Geared toward stabilization and integration, transitional housing provides a close hands-on approach toward comprehensive client care.
With a goal of transitioning to permanent supportive housing after one to two years, Project Renewal clients partner with case managers to improve their daily living skills, so that they are ready to move out to a long-term home of their own.
“I could finally see that there was hope. Project Renewal helped me get to a much better place – physically, mentally, and emotionally.” – Heather
