Fletcher Residence is a housing program that serves mentally ill or MICA adults who can benefit from the opportunity to build their Activities of Daily Living and community living skills before moving on to permanent housing. All of the residents are responsible for their own meals, and maintaining their private studio apartments. The on-site case management team provides support as needed, and emphasizes referrals to community-based services.
