About Our Job Training Programs
Project Renewal knows that finding a job, let alone one with career growth and potential, can be a challenge for someone facing barriers to employment. People with histories of homelessness, substance use, serious mental illness, or incarceration are all too familiar with discrimination in the workplace.
Our Workforce Development programs help clients navigate employment barriers and secure a job with an employer that respects their life experiences and skills. We take a client-centered approach, meeting people where they are, and working together on long-term outcomes, supporting them consistently toward self-sufficiency and economic stability.
