Scattersite housing allows clients to live integrated in their communities, while still receiving the supportive services they need from Project Renewal.
Our multi-disciplinary team works with the tenants to maintain their permanent housing and ensure progress is being made toward long-term goals. Staff are a constant source of support, regularly visiting clients in their units, coordinating health care visits, and planning recreational groups to emphasize a sense of community. The team consists of peer counselors, case managers, occupational therapists, and psychiatric providers.
