St. Nicholas House provides permanent, affordable, supportive housing to 94 single adults, 61 of whom have formerly experienced homelessness. Clients who are also dealing with chronic mental health issues or recovery from substance use have access to on-site services that support their journey toward stabilization. St. Nicholas is also home to 33 “fair market units” which are reserved for low-income tenants from the local community. All tenants have access to case management services and linkage to community-based treatment programs.
