The Career Advancement Program (CAP) is available to all HST and NSIP graduates, and focuses on the specific skills required for promotion and career advancement. CAP offers trainings that align with strategic career ladder opportunities. Our dedicated staff provides individualized career coaching; access to additional credentialing, upskilling, and adult education activities; digital literacy training; group networking sessions focused on career advancement; and ongoing goal-planning.
CAP also collaborates with the Borough of Manhattan Community College to streamline admissions for our graduates, provide dedicated financial aid, and offer courses on-site at Project Renewal that can be applied toward an associate’s degree. As of Spring 2022, 42 clients have enrolled in our on-site course, which is free of charge!
