The ten-day Employment Training Program (ETP) is a robust program that can serve as a launchpad for further workforce development training. It was specifically designed for unemployed and/or underemployed clients to receive soft skills and basic digital literacy training and identify their natural skill sets so they can successfully secure employment in various sectors.
