Our Assisted Competitive Employment (ACE) program helps individuals with a mental health diagnosis (DSM IV- Axis 1) obtain meaningful employment. ACE is based on the Individual Placement & Support model (IPS), which is an evidence-based model with the philosophy that every person with a disability can work competitively in the community, if the right kind of job and work environment can be found.
ACE serves close to 200 individuals each year, supporting them to not only find a job that meets their preferences and interests, but keep and succeed in that role through coaching services, ongoing assessments, and emotional support.
