Human Services Training Program

Our Human Services Training (HST) focuses largely on soft skills such as effective communication, time management, and teamwork, in addition to the basics of the social services profession. After graduating from HST, some participants are ready for rapid job placement into this industry with background-friendly hiring practices and strong pathways for upward mobility, while others advance to the next level of training: the Next Step Internship Program.
