Courtney Granger is a mission-driven social work leader with over 20 years of experience designing and leading programs that advance economic mobility and equity across New York City communities.

A systems thinker who leads through relationships, Courtney brings employers, community-based organizations, government agencies, and funders together to drive sustainable outcomes. Across leadership roles, she has guided cross-functional teams, led organizational change, and implemented innovative workforce and social service models serving historically disinvested communities.

She holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and is a licensed social worker. Courtney is also a proud Coro New York alum. She resides in Brooklyn with her two children.
