Shannon Gonzalez first joined Project Renewal as a Case Manager for Kenton Hall Men’s Shelter in 2008 and was quickly promoted through numerous roles, eventually holding the position of Director of Programs, providing senior leadership to the Directors of Marsha’s House, New Providence, The Villa, and Third Street shelter programs. As Vice President of Programs, she serves as a senior leader for select housing and shelter programs and a wide range of strategic initiatives. In 2016, Shannon graduated from the Silberman School of Social Work with her MSW and is currently a Licensed Social Worker.
