Jenniene Cumberbatch joined Project Renewal in 2019 and quickly became a trusted and respected leader at Ana’s Place, serving first as Director of Social Services and later as Program Director. Her drive to strengthen Project Renewal’s services, mentor staff, and provide empathetic care earned her a promotion to Senior Director of Programs in 2024, where she oversaw all re-entry programs in our Parole, Support and Treatment Program.

At her core, Jenniene believes in investing in people: clients, staff, and partners alike. She has built thoughtful, consistent training structures that empower staff to approach their work with compassion, clarity, and trauma-informed practice.

Jenniene earned a BA from College of New Rochelle.
