Paul Woody joined Project Renewal in 2019 and brings a broad base of experience in real estate development, asset management, and public policy to his work. A LEED accredited professional, he began his career at NYC’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Most recently, Paul led a variety of development and consulting efforts at Jonathan Rose Companies and, subsequently, Slate Property Group. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Art History from Stanford University.
