Racquel H. Vasquez brings over 28 years of expertise in the healthcare revenue cycle and financial management to her role as Vice President of Healthcare Finance & Strategy at Project Renewal.

In her executive role, Racquel leads the Healthcare Department’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and overseeing comprehensive budgetary planning. She leads strategic planning initiatives, manages significant grant portfolios, and drives inter-departmental integration to enhance operational efficiency and align financial objectives with Project Renewal’s mission.

Racquel’s career is marked by her commitment to quality improvement, process optimization, and innovative financial solutions. Her leadership fosters a collaborative environment, positioning Project Renewal as a model of sustainability and impact in the non-profit sector.

Previously, Racquel held leadership roles at MED-METRIX and NYU Lutheran Medical Center, and has consulted on strategy for numerous leaders in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Integrated Healthcare Management.
